Dear TIPS Member,
In the fast-paced world of professional development, mentorship stands as a powerful catalyst for growth, connection, and career success. We're thrilled to announce the launch of the 2025 TIPS Network Mentorship Programme – a transformative initiative designed to bridge experience, ambition, and opportunity.
This year's programme brings together experienced mentors and ambitious mentees, carefully matched to create meaningful professional relationships. By pairing participants based on their own experience and future aspirations, we aim to create a dynamic environment of learning, guidance, and mutual support.
Mentorship programmes are more than just professional networking. They offer vital support for emerging professionals, which includes personalised guidance from industry experts, insights into navigating unique career paths, opportunities to develop critical professional skills, and a supportive network of experienced professionals.
If you want to be part of this exciting opportunity, apply by 4 April 2025. Details about the programme and how to apply can be found here.
Please see below the TIPS Newsletter for March 2025. We look forward to seeing you soon.

TIPS | Anniversary Event: Coordinating ESG and Anti-corruption: The Business Case
On 25 March, the TIPS Network celebrated its seventh anniversary with a timely event focused on coordinating ESG and anti-corruption efforts, featuring a compelling presentation by Tilly Prior and Maeve Lane from Transparency International UK, followed by an expert panel discussion moderated by Jasmine Elliott and including Maria-Laure Knapp, Rebecca Rossiter, and Patrick Wright.
The discussion highlighted critical insights into business governance, emphasising how better coordination of anti-bribery and sustainability efforts can increase shareholder value, drive business efficiencies, and provide a more holistic approach to risk assessment.
Many thanks go to Rebecca Rossiter and AlixPartners for kindly hosting this event!

Why did you get involved with the TIPS Network?
I was initially drawn to get involved with the TIPS Network to meet others working in similar fields, but in different sectors and with different perspectives. The events the Network puts on are also always extremely interesting and I always find that I learn a lot.
Please describe your experience as part of the TIPS Network
I've really enjoyed attending TIPS Network events, both for the varied and fascinating content of the events themselves, as well as for the opportunity to meet so many interesting people from an array of sectors. I've also now had the chance to play a small part in organising a couple of events and speaking on a panel and have been really impressed by the professionalism of the volunteers who run the network in their spare time.
